Our Team

With almost 30 current staff, MSOC is committed to providing outstanding service to our clients. Within the Revenue Cycle Management Partners Division, 22 staff members are organized into Teams that allow them to develop both practice-specific and specialty-specific knowledge. Our consulting divisions are staffed with experienced practice administrators who have hands-on knowledge of the daily challenges faced within a medical practice.

Cameron M. Cox, III
Cameron M. Cox, III, MHA, FACMPE
President

Cameron Cox, III is the President of Management Services On-Call, Inc. (MSOC), which is located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He holds a BS in Public Health and a Masters in Healthcare Administration, both from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. In addition, he is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and a number of other specialty specific management organizations. In January of 2001, he gained Fellow status to the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Vice President and Director, Medical Practice Management Partners

Cameron Cox, Jr. joined MSOC in 2007 with an extensive background that includes executive positions with academic practice plans, private medical practices, and hospital owned/affiliated medical groups. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from East Carolina University School of Business. He is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and has held numerous national, state and local leadership positions within MGMA.

Jeanne J. Chamberlin
Jeanne J. Chamberlin, MA, FACMPE
Vice President and Director, EMR Partners

Jeanne Chamberlin joined MSOC in 2009 with over 25 years of healthcare management experience in strategic and business planning, financial management, and medical practice operations. Jeanne holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Duke University and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She is an active member in the Medical Group Management Association and serves in committee and leadership positions with the North Carolina Medical Group Managers and Triangle Medical Managers.

Melanie P. Armstrong
Melanie P. Armstrong, MIS
Director of Client Relations, Revenue Cycle Management Partners

Melanie began working with MSOC in 2002 and is primarily involved in new client set-ups and training. She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and an MIS from NC State University. Melanie is actively involved in several healthcare professional organizations including Medical Group Management Association, Triangle Medical Managers and Healthcare Billing and Management Association.

Laurn Poplin
Lauren Poplin, MHA
Director of Operations, Revenue Cycle Management Partners

Lauren joined MSOC in 2006 and moved to her current role in 2008. She has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, Triangle Medical Managers and Healthcare Billing and Management Association.

Danya R. Koeninger
Dayna R. Koeninger, MHA
Director of Revenue Operations, Revenue Cycle Management Partners

Dayna has worked with MSOC since 2006 in several capacities and was promoted to Director of Revenue Operations in 2008. She holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, Healthcare Billing and Management Association, and Triangle Medical Managers.
